appeared as a guest legal commentator on local law-related television programs.
Priscilla was a law school professor in community property and family law from 1974
through 1989. She has also taught for CEB which provides continuing legal
education for California Lawyers in Family Law. David Casey and Priscilla Kraetzer
are the parents of two daughters.
Marc Tovstein is a California Certified Family Law Specialist who has practiced
with Tovstein & Kraetzer for the past 25 years. He has tried and settled various
notable family law cases in his career. Mark has also taught numerous continuing
education courses. He and his wife Dana have a daughter and a son.
